After the customer has decided on the proposed options and accepted the offer provided by KEY LINK, we enter the contract signing stage. KEY LINK will create a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and contract development agreement between you and KEY LINK. We recommend signing the contract by crowdsigning or printing the contract to ensure your company's legal seal.

After the two companies sign a formal agreement, the official contract signing date will be the start date of KEY LINK's development. KEY LINK may request the customer to provide information necessary to create system requirements definitions, etc., and documents necessary to confirm that the system development is in accordance with the customer's expectations.
