Advantages of laboratory-type development

  • We can secure a talented team of engineers for as long as you need (usually 6 months or more).
  • We can respond flexibly to changes in requirements and specifications.
  • We can build a team in as little as two weeks, and can also accommodate temporary increases in development personnel.
  • You can reduce development costs and maintenance and operation costs per engineer.
  • By securing an engineering team over the medium to long term, you can accumulate project know-how.
  • If you find a bridge SE or developer that you like, you can hire them for your company.

Difference between laboratory-type development and contract development

application

Lab type development

You will be compensated for the hours you work. It is possible to proceed with development assuming changes even if the specifications are not completely finalized. The estimate is determined by the number of engineers to be secured and the period. You can accumulate know-how through a medium- to long-term contract with the same team.

Contract development (contract development)

Compensation will be paid for the deliverables. When specifications are clearly defined, development can proceed with delivery dates and costs fixed in advance. Please consult us at any time regarding changes in delivery date and costs due to review of specifications.

Remote lab type development

The laboratory-type development system can be broadly divided into:
Remote lab type development
On-light lab type development
There are two systems:
For customers who are able to define requirements to some extent or whose development scale is relatively small, many customers order remote lab-type development.
The customer will work at the customer's office in Japan, and our lab manager will work at the office in Vietnam for management and development. Meetings will mainly be held online via Skype or Zoom.

On-site laboratory development

On-site laboratory development is a style in which our Japanese or Vietnamese BSEs are permanently stationed in your office and the BSEs instruct the engineers in Vietnam during development.
Your company has a project manager and someone who can define requirements, so all you need to do is tell us your ideas.
Because it allows for closer communication than with remote lab type development, this is a tile that is recommended for customers with large-scale projects or customers who do not have much IT knowledge.
